What is your "Returns & Refunds" Policy ?
Whitefire Jewelry Guarantee
Our White Fire Jewelry items are guaranteed against defective craftsmanship. We take great pride in providing our customers with the best product possible. However, in the event you receive an item that is defective, simply notify us immediately at 512.231.5802 and in writing via email at wfsales@whitefirejewelry.com stating what the problem is. Defective Items must be returned with the original packing materials and insured for the full purchase price. Defective items must also be returned within 5 days of when you originally received the item. Once we have received the item and verified the condition we will gladly refund your purchase within 15 working days.
Special Order and Custom Design Items
Special order items, estate jewelry items or custom designed items such as but not limited to engagement rings, wedding rings, diamond wedding bands, diamond eternity rings, diamond anniversary rings and other items that were created to your specifications are non-refundable, unless White Fire has manufactured the item in error. Note this also includes rings that were made for especially small finger sizes, including size 4 or smaller.
Please be sure of what you are ordering as we do NOT accept return items for comparison shopping. In other words, purchasing several items with the intent of only keeping one is NOT permitted. Also, purchasing any single item just to see what it looks like is also not permitted. For any questions or concerns you may have on a particular item, please call us at 1-800-489-3461 to assist with your purchasing decision.
Loose Diamonds
When purchasing loose diamonds, there is a 5 days to inspection period. Should you decide to return the diamond, the original grading report or certificate must be returned with the diamond. It is a costly and time-consuming task to replace a diamond grading report or certificate. Therefore, a minimum of a $250 replacement fee will be charged for diamonds returned without the original grading report or certificate.
Loose Diamonds Trade-Up Policy
Feel free to contact us to trade up your White Fire loose diamond purchase. Whether it is higher quality, larger size or both, we will accommodate your special needs. We offer trade up value based on the original purchase price (less taxes if applicable) and must up-grade to double the amount originally spent (not including tax). The diamond must be in its original condition or undamaged, and accompanied by its original diamond grading report or certificate. A $250 replacement fee will be charged for diamonds returned without the original grading report or certificate.
Credit Card Returns
As a result of our low profit margins, we simply cannot absorb credit card fees imposed on us by banks. Therefore, credit card purchases are subject to a 5% restocking fee for return items and will be deducted from the original purchase price.
Return Instructions

Authorization must be received by White Fire, Inc. prior to the return of any item(s). Therefore returned items will not be accepted without a return authorization number (RAN). RAN numbers may be requested via e-mail at sales@whitefirejewelry.com. Boxes received without a (RAN) number will not be accepted.

Place all items with its original packaging materials into a shipping box and label it with our address and the return authorization number (RAN).

Returned items must be properly boxed and shipped via United States Postal Service one of two ways-
1) Insured Mail (for items under $600) or
2) Registered Mail (for items over $600 and up to $25,000). In either case, insurance must be purchased for the full amount of your purchase.
