Return Policy

All our diamonds and jewelry are guaranteed. Each client has a 5-day inspection period from the time you receive your item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us at 1-512-231-8502 and in writing via email at wfsales@whitefirejewelry.com, and we will gladly refund your money (less shipping / insurance) upon receipt and inspection of item.

Shipping and insurance charges are NOT refundable. Special orders or custom designed rings are NOT returnable, unless, White Fire has manufactured the item in error. As a result of our low margins, we simply cannot absorb refundable credit card fees imposed on us by banks. Therefore, credit card purchases are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Item(s) must be undamaged, in new original condition, and must be returned no later than the 5th day after receipt. Once your item has been received in its original condition, we will issue a refund. Items that are received damaged or do not have original packaging materials will not be issued a refund.

Loose diamonds purchased with a grading report/certificate must be returned with the diamond. It is a lengthy, costly and time-consuming task to replace a diamond grading report. Therefore, a $250 replacement fee will be charged for all diamonds returned without grading report/certificate.

Return Instructions

  • Authorization must be received prior to the return of any item(s).Boxes received without a return authorization label and/or number (RAN) will not be accepted.Place all items with its original packaging materials into a shipping box and label it with our address and the RAN (Return Authorization Number).
  • Ship product via United States Postal Service, insured mail (for items under $600) or registered mail (for items over $600 and up to $25,000). In either case, insurance must be purchased for the full amount of your purchase and mailed to the following address:
