What kind of guarantee do you offer ?
Please know we stand behind every product we sell. All of our products are warranted against defective craftsmanship. However, we cannot guarantee how an individual wears their jewelry. While most consumers are careful how they wear their jewelry, there are others who are simply careless with every day wear and tear. To properly maintain your jewelry, one should have his or her jewelry inspected annually by a qualified jewelry professional. To insure proper wear and for many years of enjoyment, most insurance companies recommend consumers have their jewelry inspected at least once a year.
All gemstones and jewelry are guaranteed to be genuine. Each client has a 5 day inspection period (from the time you receive your item). If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund your money (less shipping/insurance) upon receipt and inspection of the item. Shipping and insurance charges are NOT refundable. As a result of our low margins, we cannot absorb refundable credit card fees imposed on us by banks. Therefore, all credit card purchases are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Custom designed rings such as but not limited to, diamond eternity rings and other special order items are NON returnable and NON refundable.
We do not warranty lost diamonds. You should immediately insure your jewelry item(s) through a proper insurance company. To avoid future losses, as stated above, you should have your ring or jewelry item(s) checked on a periodic basis, preferably every six months to a year.
Our loose diamonds also come with a liberal trade-in policy. You are always welcome to upgrade your diamond purchase. Whether it is higher quality, larger size or both. We will accommodate your special needs. Your purchase is virtually risk-free.
