General Information
At White Fire, some products may appear larger or smaller than the actual size represented on our website. A products size and color may vary slightly from computer monitor to computer monitor.While every attempt is made to provide accurate total weights, we display the weight information that is provided by our manufacturers. According to Federal Trade Commission guidelines, all weights may vary as much as 0.05 carats from the stated weight.
Pricing Policy
While we make every attempt to accurately price and list our products, we reserve the right to correct any and all errors. Due to the fluctuation in market prices of platinum, gold, silver and gemstones, prices are subject to change without notice Please always confirm pricing when ordering. Standard ring sizes for women are 5 to 7 and for men the standard ring sizes are from 9 to 11. Non-standard ring sizes may be subject to extra charges.
Product Availability
Loose gemstones are typically shipped within a 72-hour period. Delivery time for special, custom or semi-mount/engagement ring orders may be from 2 to 4 weeks. Simple solitaire rings may ship as quickly as 24 to 48 hours.
Product Comparison Policy
We do not allow comparison purchasing. In other words, purchasing several items with the intent of keeping one and returning the others is not permitted. Please be sure of your purchase. For any questions or concerns you may have on a particular item, please call us at 1-800-489-3461 to assist with your purchasing decision.
Loose Diamonds Trade-Up Policy:
Feel free to contact us to trade up your White Fire loose diamond purchase. Whether it is higher quality, larger size or both, we will accommodate your special needs. We offer trade up value based on the original purchase price (less taxes if applicable) and must up-grade to double the amount originally spent (not including tax). The diamond must be in its original condition or undamaged, and accompanied by its original diamond grading report/certificate. A $250 replacement fee will be charged for diamonds returned without the original grading report/certificate.
